CAUSE: Bad Site Wiring.
SOLUTION: Inspect site wiring.


ALARM CODE A56
CAUSE: Battery Capacity Low.
WARNING: UPS is in battery mode, and runtime will be depleted soon.


ALARM CODE A59
CAUSE: Battery Disconnected.
SOLUTION: Inspect battery wire terminals and battery pack connectors.


ALARM CODE A62
CAUSE: Failed Battery Test.
SOLUTION: Replace battery.


ALARM CODE A64
CAUSE: Overload.
SOLUTION: Connected equipment has exceeded UPS load capacity. Revise total equipment load and UPS load capacity.


ALARM CODE A66
CAUSE: EPO (Emergency Power Off) active.
SOLUTION: Inspect EPO terminal.


ALARM CODE A69
CAUSE: Fan Obstruction.
SOLUTION: Remove item obstructing fan. Make sure fan is spinning.

CAUSE: Overload
SOLUTION: UPS has cutoff output due to overload. Unplug connected equipment and reboot UPS.
