As MFG’S reps for many lines over the years we at ESP have seen many applications where problem were presented but never defined and never solved.
When we saw a demo of the products that Smart Power was offering we realized that the unsolved problems in most cases were power related. In cases where they were using a product to prevent power surges, the product they were using was not stopping the voltage from getting through to the equipment.
