My name is Steve Fitzgerald and I make the hardware purchasing decisions for FireFly Technologies. FireFly Tech is a POS company dealing with installations of POS systems for restaurants. In our dealings with our clients we come across all sorts of power situations all the way from brand new build-outs in strip malls to old residential power upgraded for commercial use. This is a win for us in two ways not only does it relieve the customer dissatisfaction that is unavoidable when equipment fails but it saves us the time and money that would be needed to replace the equipment. When going with a less expensive battery backup solution came up in a recent discussion both the support manager, and hardware manager here were adamant that the savings from paying less for the battery backups would not begin to cover the costs of not having your solution in place. They had been here before we went with Smart Power and could easily recognize what a difference it makes. Keep up the good work.
